This $300,000 house fire reconstruction project was a referral from an adjuster and took six months for Zipco to complete. The fire damaged most of the home. Initially, we demolished a good portion of the interior walls, reframed, media blasted and sealed the remaining structural framing to help control odor. The roof, including sheathing, was torn off and replaced. Working with the homeowner throughout the process, we were able to redesign part of the living room by removing a wall to give the kitchen, dining room, and living room a more open concept. There is now a gorgeous faux beam to hide a structural beam in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out beautiful, especially the custom kitchen cabinets. Here are some before and after shots of the exterior, living room and kitchen spaces along with some great finished project photos. Zipco was happy to help this customer navigate through a loss and restore their home.
