Residential Fire that nearly destroyed this split-level home. From the outset, we worked closely with the adjuster to agree on the scope of repairs while salvageable contents were identified, packed out, cleaned and stored. The homeowner was displaced during the entire process. We demoed the entire interior of the home down to the framing along with replacing some of the framing members. We replaced the entire roof material and sheathing, most of the siding and painted the exterior of the home. All new windows, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical were installed, bathrooms and kitchen were completely replaced and updated. At their request and cost, the homeowner wanted us to redesign the house from a split level to a ranch with a basement. Eventually the front entryway led to stairs up to the main living area and another set of stairs down to the new unfinished basement. The completion pictures herein tell the story.
