Uniqueness of the job – Removed and replaced entire roof structure.
Upgrades/additions – Upgraded finishes throughout.
Length of time to complete the job – 8 months
This $220,000 residential fire reconstruction project was a referral from a claims adjuster, and we immediately began mitigation to include packing out the homeowner’s personal property cleaning and storage and demolition of unsavable portions of the structure. This project offered challenges due to its rural location west of downtown Kansas City. In addition, we removed and replaced the entire roof structure due to the extreme fire damage. We worked with the owner to install upgrades finishes throughout the home. This extensive project took eight months to complete, and you may view photographs of the finished project on the second page. This was another wonderful transformation of a home ravaged by fire.
