We’re excited to share that the 10,000 sq ft renovation project for the main level at PCBS is officially complete—and delivered on time and within 1% of the original budget.

This successful outcome was made possible by our hands-on approach to construction administration. A3G was on site every two weeks, maintaining consistent communication with both the owner and Zipco Contracting throughout every phase. This regular presence helped us stay ahead of potential issues, make timely decisions, and keep both the schedule and budget on track.

Zipco was asked by the Platte County Board of Services to remodel 10,000 sf of space at their facility which supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Platte County. We worked extensively with the architects throughout the project timeline and were tasked with updating ceilings, walls, flooring, fixtures and all finishes as part of this six month remodel. The project came in on time and under budget. From the reimagined day program areas to the fully accessible, open-concept restroom layout and calming sensory space, the result is a more functional and welcoming environment for all users.
