Following a weekend cold snap, two frozen pipes broke and flooded two floors of this facility. Eight inches of water were pumped out of the lower level. Insulated walls, duct work, 10,000 sq ft of carpet and 5,000 sq ft of VCT were all removed. Due to the scale of the loss, (2) 5000 CFM desicant dehumidifiers were utilized and ducted into the building to ensure maximum drying potential. We worked diligently with the property management staff and insurance adjuster to restore the facility to its pre-loss condition during this $400k job.
