We received an emergency call of damage to a bank at the drive thru window caused by an out-of-control vehicle. We were able to respond within an hour and successfully boarded up and secured the building in and around the area of damage. There were a few challenges to repairing the building including constructing an 8-inch CMU block wall adding protection by preventing this from reoccurring. We also fixed a previous water issue adjacent to the damaged wall. Another unique challenge was the ability to access and reverse build without plans to add the block wall and still make the interior countertop and teller top work properly and all within a 30-day repair time. Fortunately, our team was able to complete the job in time for the bank to finish installation of their in-house equipment and open back up for business on the original timeline we promised.
