Zipco Contracting

Zipco Contracting is a general contractor, specializing in tenant finish work and design-build for new construction.

Zipco has expertise in many aspects of the interior tenant finish industry. We have worked for various types of clients including: commercial real estate companies, property management companies, colleges, school districts, national retail chains, indoor and outdoor malls and boutique retail shops. We have also teamed with architects for design-build projects; both interior tenant finish and new construction.
