I just wanted to drop a note of praise to you and your staff.

I am very rarely impressed with the compassion, sensitivity, integrity and service of a company, but have been extremely surprised and appreciate the efforts of your Project Manager, Bret, in working with our family and our insurance company to insure that the post fire restoration of our wood floor is done to the standards he would expect in his own home. He has worked extensively to present details and revisions to our insurance company in lieu of making us the middle man; alleviating what I'm sure would have been a lot of phone tag, time and frustration.

He has made the whole process very bearable and the integrity of ZIPCO has been evident from the first day we spoke on the phone to arrange for the original assessment and clean up. The manner in which he has worked with us from day one is the reason why we looked no further for a company to do the actual restoration work and even then he and Zipco continue to impress me.

So thank you to your staff for going the extra mile, for helping us through a difficult time and making us feel important and understood. I will be sharing this positive experience with others for years to come.

We discovered nearly 8,000 square feet of our nearly completed construction project had flooded due to heavy rains, we were very worried about the extent of the damage and how it
would affect our ability to complete the project on time.

Your people worked fast and professionally to investigate the extent ofthe damage, remove the water-soaked drywall and other materials, and begin efforts to dry out the building. ZIPCO’s expertise and speed in identifying the problem areas and ensuring that no further damage occurred was something we could never have tackled ourselves. The fact that you did the whole process and left us with a clean, dry building in less than 3 days was nothing short of amazing.
