Our Company

Terry Zipsie began his career in the construction industry as a bricklayer 20 years ago.  Having extensive experience in all phases of construction, Terry started his first company, MTS Contracting, in 1996.

After building strong relationships in the construction industry, Terry
extended his business enterprise by forming ZIPCO Contracting, Inc. in 2004.  Although ZIPCO Contracting is a general contractor, they also offered restoration services.  After six years of proven success in the industry, ZIPCO Cleaning & Restoration broke off to form its own division. ZIPCO Cleaning & Restoration, which employs  the most skilled and experienced individuals in the restoration business, focuses on
emergency services, cleaning and restoration.
